Why Aqua? Here’s My Story.

In 2011, I was in a car accident that injured my spine and changed my life overnight. My body couldn’t handle the workouts I used to do. The only form of exercise that didn’t hurt—and actually made me feel alive again—was water exercise.

The pool became my therapy room, my training studio, and my creative playground. I spent countless hours designing fun, effective, and joint-friendly water routines that allowed me to move with joy. I used my deep background in anatomy, fitness coaching, and choreography to craft workouts that are:

  • Innovative

  • Full-length

  • Challenging

  • Suitable for every age and every fitness level

Because of this unique journey, I understand exactly what each movement does for your body—and I explain it in a way that’s simple, clear, and motivating. Even online, it feels like I’m right there with you.
